Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in computer applications. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be responsible, honest, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City.
- With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable operations.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.
- Update and maintain supplier ledger accounts to reflect accurate outstanding balances and transaction history.
- Prepare and issue vouchers (cash, check, and journal vouchers) after thorough verification and reconciliation of amounts.
- Generate and submit monthly reports on Purchases and Disbursements for management review.
- Conduct periodic audits and verifications of recorded purchases and liabilities, and implement necessary adjustments to Accounts Payable to maintain data integrity.
