Qualifications & experience
- A graduate of Financial Management, Accounting, or any business-related course
- Skilled in using Excel and other spreadsheet applications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Open to fresh graduates eager to learn and grow!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Invoice Processing and Payment Management
- Process customer refunds and reimbursements in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with finance, customer service, and operations teams to resolve refund disputes
- Reconcile refund transactions with company financial records and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations related to refunds
