Job Description and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Financial Management, Accounting or any related field
- Invoice Processing and Payment Management
- Coordinate with Finance, Customer Service Representative, and operations teams to resolve refund disputes.
- Reconcile refund transactions with compnay financial records and ecommerce platforms
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations related to refunds
