We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and to play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our Ai Business Solution Go to Market Team. In this role, you will drive insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Sales Excellence, marketing, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will focus on driving alignment across processes and tools, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans and align, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution as well as collaborate across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and co-design strategy and programs.
- You will lead Sales Activation and land and champion solution plays, Highly Engaged, SPA and other signals, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share as well as collaborate with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance.
- You will partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries to develop and land sales programs along with partnering with Finance and Product Marketing Manager (PMM) teams to ensure team is aligned with business results.
- You will advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the GTM plan.
- You will grow your organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers and drive standardized rhythms and tools that drive increased customer and partner facing time for sellers and activate leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization, leveraging data and analysis.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
- 8+ years of sales / Go to Market experience with Small and Medium Business with any combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, develop insights; or related.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
- Effective executive communication, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple stories.
- Proficient Business Acumen and Business Analysis Skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators)
- Experienced in cross-group collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholders across large matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in executive influencing and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of experience or knowledge in ANY of the following Modern Work technologies: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams.
- 5+ years of experience or knowledge in ANY of the following Business Applications technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 F&O (ERP)
