We are looking for individuals with exceptional attention to detail and problem solving to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the trafficking of digital ad campaigns for multiple advertiser clients within a team environment. The candidate will work with sales team members and cross functional groups to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Build, implement and execute advertising campaigns to ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Ensure accurate scheduling and trafficking of campaigns on internal ad-serving platform.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, Account Managers, other departments, and external clients for set-up and implementation of campaigns.
- Perform routine maintenance on existing campaigns based on client/internal feedback and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and actively implement solutions across ad serving technology.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies, if arise.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple projects on-track
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 2+ years of experience in an ad operations role such as an ad trafficker, ad network or DSP support is preferred
- Experience in troubleshooting ad serving technical issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Basic understanding of HTML/Javascript is a plus.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other internal teams.
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have a reliable and strong internet connection.
