Essential Skills
- Proficient in using both the QuickBooks accounting software and the Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative works
- Receives inquiries and complaints
- Conducts billing preparation and performs collection functions
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding bills and payments
- Prepare and analyze monthly billing and collection reports to aid Village Administrator in making billing and collection decisions
- Coordinate with the Village Administrators and Accounting Manager to settle any billing and collection related issues and concerns
- Prepare invoice and statement of accounts
- Conduct collection follow up to clients and aggressively collect accounts receivable using establish criteria
- Prepare reminder and demand letter for clients with outstanding balance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
