Admin / Accounting Staff

JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTING STAFF- RECEIVABLE

INDUSTRY: Furniture

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly monitor and update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
• Reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system records.
• Generate periodic sales reports to track sold consigned goods.
• Share reports with consignors for transparency and invoicing.
• Deduct sold stock from the system and prepare for payout settlements to consignors.
• Generate accurate invoices for all sales (cash, credit, or installment).
• Use aging reports to categorize receivables (e.g., Current, 30 days, 60 days overdue).
• Prioritize follow-ups based on overdue duration and customer credit risk.
• Call or email customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
• Investigate partial or misallocated payments and resolve with the customer or finance team.
• Inventory and monitor office supplies and medicine, and request purchase for lacking office supplies and medicine

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field (Required)
• At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant and related working experience (Preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer service orientation, negotiation skills, High degree of accuracy, Attention to detail
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

JOB DETAILS:

Location: Sacris Subdivision, Mandaue City

Job Type: Full-time

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php 14,000 - Php 15,000 per month

Schedule:

• 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Monday - Friday
