We are looking for Reliever Admin Assistant who responsible in assisting the Admin Department to ensure that relevant tasks are being performed with the highest service level, timely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company’s policy and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Receives documents for distribution to respective department
- Receives and checks the monthly SOA of the billings such as electricity, telephone, RFID and SHELL/ Gas and submit them to Finance for payment
- Arrange flight and hotel bookings
- Arrange visa processing
- Prepares and do layout of business cards and Rhenus ID and coordinates to vendor for printing
- Receives and checks the delivery of the supplies. She also responsible for issuance of supplies
- Conducts regular inventory of supplies
- Assists visitors/ guests
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in similar role
- Must be knowledgeable in flight and visa processing
- Must know hotel bookings arrangement
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing for Reliever position for 5 months
- Willing to deploy in Two E-Com MOA, Pasay
- Can join ASAP
