We are looking for two (2) dependable Admin Staff to assist in the daily operations of a property rental business. The ideal candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be capable of handling both office and basic fieldwork responsibilities. Applicants with motorcycle driving skills are preferred for roles that include field assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tenant coordination, inquiries, and lease documentation
- Maintain and organize rental records and property files
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests
- Generate reports and documents using MS Excel and Word
- Support rent collection and monitor payment schedules
- Handle fieldwork or errands as needed (applicants with motorcycle driving skills will be prioritized)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of admin experience, preferably in rentals or real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Preferably with a valid motorcycle driver’s license (for fieldwork roles)
