The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client (but possibly within this range). Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management . They may still negotiate you.
Specific position: Admin Supervisor
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Willing to work on any shift assigned & Shifting schedule
- ·Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
- At least 1 year of experience in supervising other admin staffs (as Admin Supervisor): Supervising Staff: Ability to lead and manage administrative staff, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring that team members meet their responsibilities
- Experience in : Ensuring the workplace is safe and secure by complying with health and safety regulations, overseeing security systems, and conducting regular safety drills.
- Handling employee conflicts or grievances and finding solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Budgeting and Cost Control, Planning and Organizing;, Vendor Management:
- Report Writing, Handling Shift Schedules: Ensuring that administrative functions are adequately staffed, especially in a 24/7.
