Admin Virtual Assistant
Experience: 2+ Years | Location: Cebu (On-Site) | Full-Time
Behind every great business is an organized, reliable admin and at Logix BPO, that could be you. We’re hiring an Admin VA to keep our back office sharp and support smooth operations between our Cebu and UK teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, inboxes, documents, and project trackers
- Handle data entry, file organization, and light client correspondence
- Support onboarding of new clients or staff
- Keep internal systems updated and reports flowing smoothly
What We Need:
- 2+ years of experience in an admin or virtual assistant role
- Great attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack
- Excellent English and a proactive approach to problem-solving
