- Provide administrative support to the company in a range of functions associated with Strata Management.
- Collect and process information and reports as required, and ensure all correspondence and records are filed.
- Follow company documents and admin templates as part of the SOP.
- Arrange maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotations and tendering services
- Prepare documentation for Annual General and Committee Meetings.
- Attend Annual General and Committee Meetings to take minutes,
- Assist with Essential Services and OH&S compliance for the portfolio.
- Database management of electronic filing, including all correspondence, quotations, and records.
- Provide executive assistant support for the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in the Strata or Real Estate Industry highly preferred.
- Experience in Australia Strata or Real Estate Industry is an advantage.
- Legal background and experience preferred but not essential.
- Superior attention to detail and pride in work output.
- Exceptional administrative, time management and self-organisation skills.
- A passion for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Have excellent grammar and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge to understand reports.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to learn.
