Job Function:
To provide support in office tasks and help manage daily operations in the quarry.
Responsibilities:
- Keep records of quarry operations, reports, and documents
- Assist with employee attendance and payroll monitoring
- Communicate with suppliers and government offices
- Help prepare reports and permits
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Support the quarry manager with daily tasks
- Make sure office files are organized and updated
Qualifications:
- At least a college graduate
- With basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Previous admin experience or background in a construction/quarry setup is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
