- Graduate of any Business Management or Building Management Course.
- Graduate of Legal Management is a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management (Real Estate) as Administrative Assistant.
- At least with experience of processing permits or any compliances related.
- Good customer service and people handling skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Can work from Monday to Saturday
- With own motorcycle and licensed is a plus.
- Amenable to work in Bustos, Bulacan.
- Can start ASAP.
