We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant

We’re a construction company looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials and supplies needed for projects.
• Research and find reliable suppliers; negotiate for the best prices.
• Handle and check deliveries from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
• Track tools and equipment moving in and out of the stockroom or office.
• Assist in preparing weekly payroll for the team.
• Maintain and organize records, paperwork, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to management and the team.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and colleagues.
• Prior experience in an office or admin role is a plus (experience in construction is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
