Role Overview
As a Procurement Administrator, this position provides essential support, maintains order and contributes to the success of procurement operations by efficiently tracking requests in the system, keeping files and reports organized and coordinating workflow to streamline processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents, including vendor master lists and ticket management queue
Assist in the research for new suppliers and products
Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts, and maintain detailed records of procurement activities
Monitor data and reports to support informed decision-making
Coordinate with the team and other relevant parties to ensure proper communication and understanding of procurement needs and specifications
Ensure accuracy in documentation and information for reliable supplier management
Assist in preparing reports and presentations including review of vendor credentials and supplier database maintenance.
Track and analyze performance using available data and platforms to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Relevant Experience Required
Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in operations, finance or supply chain management.

Familiarity with related software (e.g. Zendesk, Procurify) is a plus but not required
Good english proficiency
