- Performs administrative and office support activities, including but not limited to answering phone calls, maintaining files, equipment inventories and storage
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level, anticipates needed supplies, places and expedites orders of the supplies and verifies receipts of the supplies
- Liaises with the other admin assistants for any correspondences for distribution or dissemination in each area of responsibility
- Monitors the vehicle/service car condition and odometer; reports to the HSE any irregularities pertaining to the vehicles /service car
- Performance multifaced general administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the project
- Manage and organize project documents (electronics & Hard copies)
- Check, edit and ensure accuracy & compliance of all documents, work permits, MRF, CRF
- Maintain document control systems and prepare turnover/FAC Documents
- Support the PMT team wit timely sharing and retrieval of records
- Produce document progress reports and ensure secure handling of sensitive files
