The Administrative Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of the bank, ensuring smooth and efficient support across departments. This role includes responsibility for facility management, vendor coordination, compliance support, and general office administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions within the branch or corporate office.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including office supplies, facilities, and monthly billing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to facilities and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Facilitate internal moves, renovations, and expansions as required.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support planning for office expansions, renovations, and relocations.
- Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining statutory permits, licenses, and NOCs from government departments and regulatory bodies (e.g., municipal corporations, RBI, fire department, etc.).
- Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Operations) and external consultants to ensure timely application and renewal.
- Track permit expiration dates and ensure renewals are completed proactively.
- Maintain a central repository of all regulatory documents and approvals.
- Support audits and inspections by government or regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and facility management.
- Knowledge of local/state government permit procedures and regulatory frameworks applicable to banking operations.
- Strong project coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with government officials and internal teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document tracking systems.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
