Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Managing job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Assisting in training and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation Management:
- Generating and updating company benefits records.
- Managing payroll computation and processing employee compensation.
- Verifying time records for accurate payroll calculations.
- Personal Development and Promotion Support:
- Coordinating training programs and monitoring employee participation.
- Assisting in promotions based on training and performance evaluations.
- Employee Records and Disciplinary Actions:
- Maintaining comprehensive employee records and managing disciplinary actions.
- Monitoring and managing leave credits.
- Billing and Collection Management:
- Generating billing statements and managing client payments.
- Consolidating and confirming deposited payments.
- Disbursement Process:
- Handling purchase requests, purchase orders, and check vouchers.
- Coordinating with the Treasury Department for fund disbursement.
