Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Coordination:
- Collect and process purchase requisitions from various departments.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, comparing prices, quality, and delivery times.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement and tracking.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
- Handle invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with budget preparation and cost analysis.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Resolve any issues or problems related to orders, shipments, or payments.
- Other Duties:
- May assist with market research and supplier evaluation.
- May participate in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- May be involved in contract negotiations and vendor management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
