Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Complete administrative duties such as maintaining accuracy and completeness of trackers/spreadsheets/CRM for reference which is necessary for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Be of assistance to the Senior Adviser Support in processing new businesses, renewals, reviews endorsements and cancellations in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Responds to email policy inquiries, Emails may be from Clients, Staff, External Partners. Provide support to Clients, Staff, Internal and External Advisers as well as External Partners for administrative related issues.
- Assists with applications for premium funding for clients' policies. Validates policies issued by advisers in our platforms
Requirements
- An ability to listen, digest information and report on it in a way that it can be processed by different audiences (stakeholders, lawyers, medical, financial etc.). Great attention to detail and accurate data input is a must.
- Confident in both written and verbal communication in English.
- Has willingness and initiative to learn and assist the Senior Adviser Support Specialist Fast Learner and has the ability to cope up with process updates.
- Strong administrative skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple inboxes Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- With excellent knowledge on email etiquette. Ability to problem solve and find solutions for business and client cases.
- An ability to confidently handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience using google suite products (sheets, Gmail, docs etc). Experience using Accounting and or Underwriting software preferred.
- 2 years related experience as Admin in Insurance or Financial Industry.
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 hour flexi start time, you may choose between 5am - 6am or 6am - 7am start times to be agreed with and arranged with your manager upon start. You should complete a total of 9 hrs work time inclusive of 1 hr lunch break, per day.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
