AFFILIATE MARKETING SPECIALIST
SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT
TYPE: FULL TIME / PART TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Objective: Recruit and manage affiliate partners to drive client acquisition for Kinetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and reach out to potential affiliates via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Adapt, and Facebook groups
- Set up and manage affiliate program using tools like PartnerStack, Refersion, or FirstPromoter
- Onboard, support, and track affiliate partners
- Build and run outreach campaigns with follow-up workflows
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and generate reports
- Coordinate with marketing on affiliate landing pages and share kits
Requirements:
- Proven success managing B2B affiliate programs (ideally in recruitment or SaaS)
- Experience with affiliate software/tools
- Skilled in outbound prospecting and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Adapt
- Strong written communication and self-management
- Familiarity with the Philippine staffing market is a plus
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Minimum of 25 mbps internet connection for both main and backup connections
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer with Dual Monitors
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise canceling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
