Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service operations (e.g., repairs, maintenance, warranties)
- Supervise service and support teams
- Address customer issues and complaints effectively
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with suppliers, dealerships, and internal departments
- Analyze service reports and implement improvement plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in after-sales or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge in product servicing, warranty management, and customer handling
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus
