Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell DJI Agriculture drone solutions to farmers, cooperatives, LGUs, and agribusinesses.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client consultations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships in the agriculture sector.
- Coordinate with the technical and support team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Sales experience in agriculture equipment, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel frequently for client visits and product demos.
- Passionate about technology and its application in agriculture.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₱16,000 to ₱20,000 (with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and tax deductions). Depending on the experience
- ₱2,000 monthly transportation allowance.
- ₱250 daily meal allowance for out-of-town assignments.
