Job Description
THIS ROLE
Support the Fund Legal and Structuring department in all Fund’s Documentation related
administration. Fund’s documentation included, but not limited, to:

- LPA / AoI
- Agreements
- AIFM Agreement
- Investment Management Agreement
- Investment Advisory Agreement
- Depo. Agreement
- Admin. Agreement
- Distribution and Marketing Agreement
- Annex IV agreement
- C Agreement
- AML on assets Agreement
- Annual and Semi-Annual reports.
- Support the Marketing & Distribution department in the following admin tasks:
- Review and ensure the compliance of the marketing communications made to prospective
- investors based on checklists and guidelines
- Support the administration and review the content and investors’ access of the data room
The role will consist
- Gather all Fund’s Documentation from internal and external stakeholders;
- Named, filed and log the Fund’s Documentation in compliance with the AIFM Internal procedure;
- Ensure that all the Fund’s Documentation is up to date;
- Support signature process (DocuSign), included, signature request form (IQonnect process);
- Following period of training prepare execution version of the agreements; amendments -fees schedules-, new sub-fund, etc.;
- Perform a first level of review and comment marketing communications based on guidelines provided by the AIFM; and
- Maintain and update the content and accesses of the virtual data room shared with prospective investors.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient verbal and written English, other languages are an advantage
- Eager to learn and grow
- Ability to work in team: excellent interpersonal and communication skills towards management and staff
- Be well organized, with attention to detail and autonomous
- Drive, initiative and ownership
- Flexible working hours
- Master/Bachelor in Law or an equivalent degree
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative position
- Good command of Microsoft Office packages including Excel (no VBA needed), Word and
- PowerPoint
