- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements; assist with customer queries.
- Reprocess and dismantle equipment as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend actions for service reports.
- Safely transport company staff and various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assist with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
- Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in designated areas to avoid towing.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and maintenance.
