Job Summary
The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing management of Salesforce and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

What Will You Do
What You Will Do

- Support of our Salesforce instance (Sitetracker).
- Support of Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions sets and other administrative responsibilities.
- Develop reporting based on requests from the Operations team.
- Responsible for bulk uploads from the operations team.
- Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving inaccuracies within our system.
- Organize and consolidate information from external sources to be put into Salesforce.
- Proactively collaborate with Operations to solicit feedback and to ameliorate existing processes.
- Develop a foundational understanding of our instance to provide support and train end-users.

What You Will Need
What You Will Need
- Previous technical support experience a plus.
- Previous operational experience supporting multiple teams and/or departments a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Good people skills and team player.
