Role Overview
The Treasury analyst will be responsible for facilitating daily treasury operations such as bank-related requirements and transactions, funding/cash monitoring and reporting. Adherence to company policies and controls, embracing the mindset of continuous improvement and best practice sharing while investing in personal development are also expected for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily updates and monitoring of foreign exchange rates through messaging and trading platforms
Accomplishing documentations and monitoring email approvals related to foreign exchange trading and account funding
Daily update of cash balances
Assistance in data generation and consolidation for cash flow and other reports
Maintenance of Treasury request form
Support in Treasury requests and projects
Gathering and consolidating of bank KYC documents and safekeeping of other corporate documents
Monitoring of disbursement transactions, coordinating with the Accounts Payable and other Finance teams

Finance (Payroll, AP, GA and FPA)
Department leaders
External bank contacts, bank relationship managers
Skills and Competencies
Good critical thinking and analytical skills
Proficiency with excel/Google sheet formulas and functions and Google Slides
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Knowledge/experience in accounting system and bank platforms
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Relevant Experience Required 2+ years of experience of accounting and/or Treasury experience
Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related course
