Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain office supplies and equipment, including monitoring and managing the inventory of office supplies
Manage and organize important documents and files
Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs, and ensure the office’s upkeep
Implement efficient solutions to improve office functionality
- Oversee various tasks related to mail, packages, and general office logistics:
Coordinate messengerial staff’s schedules and ensure their compliance to office protocols
Monitor the performance and productivity of messengerial staff, and provide feedback and conduct performance reviews as necessary
Collaborate with other departments
Ensure the proper placement of received goods (e.g. laptops, company swag, etc.) at the offices in a way that allows for efficient retrieval, and minimizes the risk of damage or spoilage

Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages
Distributing mail to the appropriate departments or individuals
Managing outgoing mail and coordinating postage
Coordinating with courier services for the delivery and pickup of packages
Ensuring timely and secure transportation of important documents
Address issues or discrepancies related to mail and packages
Resolve any delivery or pickup challenges promptly and efficiently
Implementing a system for tracking incoming and outgoing packages
Maintaining accurate logs and records of mail and package movements

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative work, particularly in logistics
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets formulas and functions (at least “Basic” proficiency)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Mac OS
Willing to be in a hybrid work environment, encompassing both remote and in-office work environments
