We’re currently looking for a Dispatcher with strong communication skills to handle incoming service requests, book new customers, and coordinate daily operations.
You will be the face of our company. Your main goal is to answer calls from potential customers seeking appliance repair, and to be professional and knowledgeable in order to book them as clients.
In addition to knowledge about appliances, their common problems and repairs, and familiarity with the names of neighborhoods in Fort Worth, TX and Dallas, TX, this position requires an understanding of human psychology and the ability to adapt to each individual client.
We are open to training the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Service Requests: Represent the company in a professional manner and convert callers into loyal customers.
- Scheduling Appointments: Arrange and confirm service appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates on service calls, and address any concerns or changes in scheduling.
- Monitoring and Tracking: Utilize scheduling software and GPS tools to monitor technician locations and job statuses, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient routing.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and other operational challenges to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of service calls, work orders, technician schedules, and customer communications.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the management team to report on daily operations, technician performance, and any issues affecting service delivery.
Work Requirements
- Fully remote position with a permanent night shift schedule
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection
- Requires a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented IT services environment
- Clear, pleasant, and confident speaking voice.
Qualifications:
- B2 English (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Shift:
Monday–Saturday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT.
Starting Salary: ₱28,000, with opportunities for increases based on experience and performance.
