APPOINTMENT SETTER
The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting potential or existing clients to schedule appointments, manage communication, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This role plays a crucial part in generating leads and supporting the sales team.
Appointment Setter Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls or emails to schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their suitability.
- Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure appointments align with the team’s availability.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems or databases.
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments to maintain client engagement.
- Address inquiries and provide basic information about products or services when needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly appointment-setting targets.
Appointment Setter Requirements:
- Possession of any college degree or relevant experience
- Experience in sales or lead generation is a PLUS
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
- Multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
