As a key first touchpoint for prospective clients, you will help bridge the gap between individuals seeking financial clarity and our expert team. Through thoughtful outreach and financial awareness, you’ll set appointments that align client needs with our personalized services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM-driven communications) to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
- Schedule consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
- Follow up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, advisory, property specialists) to align messaging and improve conversion effectiveness. Provide a friendly, client-centric introduction to Home Advantage and what we offer.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach—preferably within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
- Passion for financial wellness and understanding of Kiwi retirement concerns. (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and workflow tracking; strong organizational habits.
- Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting outreach or booking targets. Able to adapt communication to various levels of financial literacy, making concepts approachable.
