We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate who shares our values and is eager to be a part of our growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and receipts.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer communications.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Generate AR aging reports and assist with month-end financial reporting.
- Assist with audits and other compliance-related activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
