We are seeking for a Architect with expertise in woodworks and modular systems to join our innovative design-build team. The ideal candidate should not only have a knowledge in architectural design and construction but also possess hands-on knowledge of woodworking materials, modular fabrication techniques, and detailed joinery.
This role involves close coordination with production teams, carpenters, and engineers to ensure that architectural designs are effectively translated into high-quality wood-based and modular components. Key Qualifications:
- Degree holder or Undergrad in Architecture with relevant experience.
- Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Boracay (Millworks Project) and Can start ASAP.
- Knowledge of wood materials, construction methods, cabinetry, millwork, and modular design principles.
- Ability to create detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and fabrication documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Experience working closely with carpenters, fabricators, and construction teams.
- Understanding of material behavior, joinery techniques, and wood finishing standards.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and efficient use of materials.
- Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between design and production.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
