- Develop architectural plans, designs, and drawings for new buildings or renovations.
- Utilize CAD software esp. Rendering, understanding building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Oversee projects from initial design to construction completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and design specifications.
