JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing project operation with regards to Architectural works, ensuring that the project will be delivered on schedule on quality and on budget, also responsible for utilization of all site equipment operation for architectural works, monitoring of manpower and materials on site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Pre-Construction Activities
- Preparation of RFA/RFI prior to execution.
- Coordinate t TSG Supervisor and Surveyor for the site layout.
- Coordinate to Planning Engineer for proper sequence of work and work methodology
- Responsible for estimate of Architectural quantities and coordinate to Cost Engineer for committed cost.
- Responsible for materials approval.
Construction Phase:
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting with coordination to safety supervisor for the activity and daily target.
- Responsible for scheduling of equipment for daily basis and inform subcontractors for their respective schedule..
- Responsible for implementation of approved construction method for Architectural works. Coordinate to PMT and QA/QC for inspection.
- Responsible for weekly accomplishment report for Architectural works for internal and external.
- Supervise and train Field Engineers/ Architects to improve skills and knowledge in terms of Architectural works.
- Responsible for proper evaluation of Subcon billing and coordinate to Planning Engineer and Cost Engineer.
- Responsible for coordination to TSG Head for pending RFA/ RFI.
- Responsible for making daily accomplishment report, manpower productivity rate and manpower loading.
- Responsible for plan review in coordination to Technical Support Head and APM.
Post Construction
- Coordinate to Cost Engineer for closeout of Subcon accounts.
- Coordinate to Cost Engineer and QA/QC for handover documents and coordinate to Technical Support Head for Architectural as-built plan.
- Incharge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of project execution).
- Incharge of demobilization for Architectural materials and subcon.
- Incharge of materials attic stock for handover to client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed)
2. Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in building construction.
- With knowledge and experience in construction management.
- With completed projects from Start to Finish.
3. Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and software used for quantification and estimation
- Knowledgeable in quantity surveying
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
