Job Requirement:
- A professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- Licensure to practice architecture, which involves passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE)
- Relevant experience through internships or working in architectural firms is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design and visualization tools.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, which is crucial for demonstrating design capability and creativity to potential employers.
Job Specifications:
- Developing initial project design concepts and presenting these to clients.
- Preparing and adjusting architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
- Applying for planning permissions and advising clients on the statutory approvals required for projects.
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to the architectural plans.
- Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
