JOB SUMMARY:
- Field-based
- Drive impact on local recruitment activation workflows—broker onboarding, accreditation, and group events
- Handle logistics for broker activities: open houses, site visits, batch briefings
- Maintain accurate broker logs, assist in weekly KPI summary deliveries to the Territory level
- Administer commission document flow and flag data inconsistencies for escalation
- Integrate insights into Territory dashboards to support continuous improvement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
- Highly organized and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills—both internal and with brokers
- Field-confident and detail-driven, supporting a hybrid field-office workload
