Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and committed Area Manager to oversee the operations of Makimura Ramen Bar stores.
Key Responsibility Area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests, comments, and complaints.
- Oversee store operations management across multiple branches.
- Handle inventory, forecasting, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality of each store.
- Implement measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitor and maintain the general appearance and ambiance of the stores.
- Analyze market trends and introduce products that resonate with customers.
- Keep detailed and updated records of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenues, expenses, stocks, and product movement, and generate corresponding management reports.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- At least one (2) year minimum experience as a Area manager in the food industry.
- Customer oriented with above-average communication skills.
- With skills in both management and administration in order to lead a team, allocate resources, and make intelligent decisions about best strategies to improve the profitability of the store.
- With good time management and organization skills to handle multitude of tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in business presentation and management reports.
- Passionate in Food Service.
- Amenable to work onsite: Blk. 1 Lot 1 MRC Building, 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
The salary for this position is open to negotiation, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
