Come work at “SAMGYUPSALAMAT”, the originator of UNLIMITED KOREAN BBQ and the leading restaurant in our industry. We’re looking for a results-driven AREA MANAGER to oversee and grow our Cebu operations.
This role is ideal for a strong operations leader with experience in multi-store management and a passion for expansion and brand building.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of all Cebu branches
- Manage and develop Store Managers to hit KPIs (sales, cost control, service)
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, food safety, and customer experience
- Roll out local promotions and national campaigns across all stores
- Conduct audits, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues
- Recommend new store locations, liaise with lessors, and lead site inspections for brand expansion in Cebu
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience managing multiple F\&B branches
- Strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Cebu’s commercial landscape
- Comfortable working independently and traveling within the region
