Job Summary
The Area Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving sales and managing accounts within a designated territory. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze market trends, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate deals to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong upselling skills and a background in direct sales, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective upselling strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting progress.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategy adjustments and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, account management, or territory sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in upselling and negotiating with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively highlight product value.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
