- Supervise and support the performance of multiple store locations or assigned departments within a large store.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, merchandising strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Train, coach, and motivate store staff and supervisors to achieve sales and service targets.
- Conduct regular store visits or floor walks to assess compliance with operational standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating employee performance.
- Handle customer complaints or escalated service issues as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store appearance.
- Ensure proper inventory management and accurate stock levels in all areas.
- Work closely with upper management to report store performance and provide insights.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
