Daily checking of the tardiness of all promoters in the assigned area.
Suggest and create a program to ensure that your team can hit the target.
Manage and evaluate promoters, performance, organize and distribute promoters schedule.
Help brand promoters achieve sales target.
Identify current and future market trends.
Store visit.
