- Certificate/diploma or relevant trade certification holder
- Manufacturing experience/s is a must
- Leadership skills to manage production teams
- Ensure efficiency, quality and safety standards are met
- Expertise in product specifications and industry regulations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Essential leading complex production processes, meeting deadlines and overseeing multiple aspects of the line
- Effective communication and Teamwork skills
- At least 3 years more work experience at this field
