The Assistant Finance Manager will assist and oversee the team's operation to ensure the team is on track, meeting deadlines, and delivering on time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing financial reports/data to different stakeholders.
- Assist in projects being handled by/ assigned to the Finance Team.
- Monitor and coordinate bill processing.
- File corporate taxes and regulatory reports and requirements.
- Update monthly reconciliation reports (i.e., bank, accounting tax).
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance with exposure to reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliations.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in handling financial data and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in financial reconciliation and process accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, particularly in handling sensitive financial data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in multinational companies or software/technology industries.
- Exposure to project management related to financial process improvement initiatives.
