- Effectively and efficiently manage conduit layout and pathway optimization.
- Effectively and efficiently supervise installation techniques for PVC, IMC, EMT, and RMC on various surfaces and workplace settings.
- Effectively and efficiently manage cable-pulling techniques for different types of workplace environments.
- Effectively and efficiently interpret engineering drawings for structured cabling.
- Effectively and efficiently review and manage engineering drawings from other construction disciplines that could impact structured cabling works.
- Effectively and efficiently prepare and manage technical reporting.
- Effectively and efficiently manage active device installations.
- Effectively and efficiently manage server and switch installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively and efficiently supervise and handle multiple teams and multiple sites as needed.
- Effectively and efficiently coordinate projects, utilizing project management tools, overseeing executions, and leading meetings.
- Effectively and efficiently manage cable and wire termination and testing.
- Effectively and efficiently supervise rack cabinet and power panelboard installation.
- Effectively and efficiently manage cable and wire harnessing and tagging.
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- IT, Engineering, or Technical Vocational Graduate
- At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Foreman
- Advanced skills in interpreting engineering drawings for structured cabling
- Ability to prepare & manage technical reports
- Manage active device installations
- Manage server & switch installations, configuration & troubleshooting
- Supervise & handle multiple teams and sites as needed
- Coordinate projects using project management tools, oversee execution & lead meetings
- Highly skilled in all cable-pulling techniques for various workplace settings
- NCII certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php680.00 per day
