Job Summary:
Primary:
1. Manages daily operations of the IT Department.
2. Provides solutions to IT related issues.
3. Provides stability and security to TSL network, hardware, software and system applications as well as to provide end user support.
4. Provides IT Compliance control and implementation.
5. Develops new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Facilitates installation of new hardware and software.
7. Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the organization.
Secondary:
1. All other tasks that may be assigned by the President.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware components, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and tool development.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
