Job Description:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager manage daily front and back of the house operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is compliant to company’s standard operating procedures.
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing and controlling the restaurant’s operational costs such as food costs, labor costs, utilities and other related costs.
- Efficiently and quickly addressing operational concerns of related to customer complaints and store employee concerns.
- Aiding the Restaurant Manager in properly planning and forecasting weekly food and non-food supplies for the restaurant.
- Keeping track of the restaurant’s consumable and non-consumable inventory items, strongly implementing accountability per station assigned.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved by making sure that the restaurant is consistently producing high quality products and providing exceptional customer service.
- Aiding the Restaurant Manager in managing and appraising restaurant employees.
- Organizing and supervising restaurant shifts.
- Maintaining a positive but highly disciplined work culture within the restaurant.
- Coordinating daily restaurant activities to the head office.
- Strongly implementing company-imposed rules and regulations.
- Accomplishing daily reports as required by the head office.
- Recommending efficient solutions and improvements to the Restaurant Manager to improve the restaurant’s operations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course; degree on Business Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or any related course is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in supervising a restaurant.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good relational and people management skills.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Neat and organized.
- Knowledgeable with basic Profit and Loss Reports.
- Knowledgeable with basic food costing.
- Knowledgeable with food safety and proper food handling.
- Knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Office Programs.
- Must be willing to be trained according to Goobne standard operational procedures.
- Must be willing to be trained in BGC.
- Can start as soon as possible
