Job Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving Business Goals
- Ensure implementation of quality standards in food, service, cleanliness, and store condition
- Conduct store walk-through and lead time in executing the daily gameplan
- Supervise and develop FOH staff, fostering a value driven work culture
- Address customer concerns, manage feedback, and recommend service improvements
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and overall store readiness (5Ms)
- Assist in driving Sales target and growth, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Report Issues or concerns, to the Restaurant Manager and to Assistant General Manager for Operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2-3 years experience in restaurant or food service operations as Supervisor or Manager
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Knowledge in Food Safety , service standards, and store operations
- Excellent communications, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Values driven, with professionalism and integrity rooted in Christian principles.
