Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or any related course.
- 5 - 10 years professional work experience in Security and Safety Risk Management.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem solver.
- Efficient and Effective in security communication procedures and structure flow.
- Proficiency in access control systems, CCTV, incident response processes, and security software.
- Leadership, analytics, communication, crisis management, integrity, composure under stress.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures covering both physical and digital domains.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel (guards, shift leads, contractors) including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Lead response to security incidents, breaches, or emergencies.
- lan and perform periodic security audits and inspections to assess effectiveness and compliance gaps.
- Develop and deliver security awareness programs covering emergency protocols, access control, confidentiality, and risk reporting.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new security technologies (e.g. surveillance enhancements, updated access control, intrusion detection).
